Shane Colamarino
Shane has over 16 years of experience in the financial planning industry. Since day one his focus has been to service the community that he grew up in as well as the surrounding area. Shane’s mission is to turn the difficult language of financial planning into “English” that all clients can understand. This helps clients not only feel comfortable but also confident and secure in their financial future. He does this by speaking with each client about their individual goals and doing a thorough financial analysis to create a game plan to best pursue those goals. Whether they be stability of principle, inflation protected income, wealth management, or wealth transfer, all facets of financial planning can be explored. Shane strongly believes a proper financial game plan will weather all market conditions allowing clients to focus on and enjoy the things that make them happy in their day to day life while relishing a successful retirement.
In his personal life Shane grew up in Amsterdam NY and to this day owns a home right in the neighboring town of Fort Johnson. He began his education at FMCC and graduated from the University at Albany. He went on to attain his series 6, 26, 63, 65 (all securities licenses held with LPL Financial) and Life Insurance licenses. It was always important to him to remain an active member of his community. Shane takes pride in remaining in his community, loves his family, friends, sports, exercise and disc golf. He will often be seen around town with is company mascots, his bulldogs Winston and Dexter.
